Appointment Calendar Purchasing Options
1. Select a Date
	Website users are initally presented with a view of the current month, with the current day highlighted. Information for each date is displayed to indicate availability.
2. Select Appontment Time
Selecting a date takes the user to a view of available appointments for the date. Only available appointments are listed. Appointments marked as unavailable, reserved or booked are not displayed. Specific information relating to each appointment slot is also displayed.
3. Reserve Appointment
	The user can reserve an appointment by clicking the Book Now button. The price of your appointments is determined in the settings for your calendar account.
4. Purchase Appointment
The Appointment booking system can be configured to work with almost any payment solution or shopping cart. On this website, the appointment is added to the website's shopping cart system as an item in the basket. It is also possible to transfer the user directly to your payment service provider, such as PayPal, ePDQ, WorldPay etc.
5. Administrate Appointments
	To administrate your Calendar appointments, log into the Calendar control panel. You can add, delete and edit information for each date and each appointment item. Appointments can be made available or unavailable. You can 'copy' a date to the Calendar clipboard. The appointments and the information for this date can then be easily pasted to other dates.
When an appointment item has been reserved, you'll receive an email. Depending on the response from the payment service provider, you can confirm the appointment and mark it as booked, or release the appointment.
